At Fluenced, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Our goal is to ensure you feel confident and inspired by your wardrobe choices.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Shipment

  Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
